Greek : Αμπελοφάσουλα
Serves / Yields : 4 - 6 servings
Season:Spring,Summer
INGREDIENTS
- 1,5 kg string beans
- parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- vinegar
METHOD Remove strings from beans. Wash the beans well. Boil them into salted water. When they become tender, drain them and serve them hot. Pour some olive oil and some vinegar and sprinkle the chopped garlic cloves and the parsley on top. |
