NOTES
Greek : Τοματοσαλάτα
Serves / Yields : 4 persons
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tin tuna fish
- 4 lettuce leaves, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 diced cucumber, cut in slices
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Some Corn (from a tin or fresh), optional
- Juice of one lemon
- Oil
- Salt
Break up tuna fish and mix with lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomato, corn, some oil and salt. Pour over lemon juice and serve.
