Onion salad from Zante - (Kremidosalata apo ti Zakintho)

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kilo Zakynthian onions
  • salt, oregano
  • olive oil, vinegar
  • purslane leaves, parsley (optional)
METHOD
Slice the onions finely. Put them in a salad bowl, season with salt and a little oregano and dress with oil and vinegar. Mix well.
