Greek : Νηστίσιμη μακαρονοσαλάτα
Serves / Yields : 4 - 6 persons

INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams thin macaroni, boiled al dente
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- Some sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
- Juice of two lemons
- 2 spoons mustard
- olives for dressing
- 100 grams capers
- Some drops of tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients well. Preserve in fridge at least 2 hours before serving.
