Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- 150ml Olive Oil
- Dill
- 1 large onion
- 250gr (.5 lb) chopped tomatoes (can be canned)
- 1Kg (2 lb) Green Peas (can use frozen)
Directions
1. Rinse the peas in cold water and drain.
2. Chop the onion and sautee them in a sauce pan till golden.
3. Add the tomatoes, dill, pepper, salt and stir well.
4. Add about 150ml water and bring to a boil while stirring.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook covered for 45 minutes.
Can serve hot or cold.
