Note: For faster cooking you may boil the goat in advance for 30 minutes. then it will need less time in the oven.

INGREDIENTS
- 1,5 kg goat
- 6 spring onions, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1,5 tea cup olive oil
- 2 spoons finely cut spearmint
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 carrots, finely cut
- Salt
- Pepper
Season the goat with salt and pepper. Place the goat into the clay pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour 5 glasses of water and let the goat cook for 2-3 hours in the oven (150-200 C).
