Recipe Ingredients:
- Peeled and cut washers squid: 1000 gr.
- Flour: 1 cup
- Salt and white pepper: as you like
- Oil: get as much for frying
- Kiwi: 3 large
Instructions:
- Peel the kiwis and mash. Mix them with the squids, place them in a bowl (not metal), cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator, wash thoroughly to remove the kiwi and dried. (Kiwifruit contain a substance that softens the proteins. Do not let them in the marinade for over 20 to 30 minutes)
- Mix the flour with salt and pepper and wrap lots of squid. Shake to drop the excess flour from the squid.
