Grilled Pork Chops - (Hirines brizoles)


NOTES

Greek : Χοιρινές μπριζόλες
Serves / Yields : 4 persons
Season:All season


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 chops Pork
  • oregano
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

METHOD
Mix all ingredients and pour mixture over the chops. Grill until golden brown, turning once or twice.
