Fried Haloumi Cheese



Ingredients
  •     250gr (1/2 lb) Haloumi cheese
  •     1 lemon, squized
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper

Directions

1. Cut the haloumi cheese into rectangular slices.
2. In a non sticky frying pan fry the haloumi cheese till it browns on each side.
3. Remove in a plate and season with a pinch of salt and pepper and then sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice over each piece.
4. Serve hot

Note : Same can be done with Formaela cheese (cheese from Arahova)
