Lenten pasta salad - (Nistisimi makaronosalata)






NOTES
 
Very easy to make.
Greek : Νηστίσιμη μακαρονοσαλάτα
Serves / Yields : 4 - 6 persons
Season:All season


INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams thin macaroni, boiled al dente
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • Some sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 2 spoons mustard
  • olives for dressing
  • 100 grams capers
  • Some drops of tabasco sauce
METHOD

Mix all ingredients well. Preserve in fridge at least 2 hours before serving.
